| 摘 要： | 回顾近年来国内同行在术后患者留置尿管实际操作中的各个环节进行的大量研究和改进;特别是尿管拔除时机的选择进行了很多有益的尝试和探索;对与预防和减少拔管后尿潴留发生的相关性因素进行了细致的分析.提示二者之间具有高度的相关性,预防或减少尿潴留的发生关键在于选择拔除尿管的最佳时机.膀胱充盈有尿意时拔管已逐渐为护理同仁所认同.

| Abstract: | This article was reviewed the research and improvement of the operations in patients with catheterization, particular the extraction time, and analyzed the relevance of post - extubation urinary retention and the related factors.The results showed that the extraction time was highly related to the prevention or reduction of the urinary retention.The right extraction time can prevent or reduce the urinary retention.Removing the catheter when the bladder was filled had gradually been accepted. |
