浅谈小儿脑瘫的针灸三联疗法

目的：探索针灸三联疗法在治疗小儿脑瘫中的疗效。方法：针灸三联疗法即水针疗法、头针疗法和体针疗法，应用针灸三联疗法治疗小儿脑瘫100例临床观察。结果：通过对100例脑瘫患儿应用针灸三联疗法综合治疗，临床观察痊愈6例，显效60例，有效30例，无效4例，总有效率96％。结论：针灸三联疗法发挥着大脑中枢疗法和四肢未梢疗法的双重功用，符合治病求本、标本同治的原则，应而具有明显的优越性，其疗效值得肯定。早期发现、早期诊断、早期介入是脑瘫患儿回归社会、达到生活自理的关键；合理的治疗及家庭功能训练是取得疗效的保证。
