北京市托幼园所儿童健康状况评价与分析

目的 探讨托幼园所儿童健康状况的变化趋势。方法 采用时间序列比较方法对北京市托幼圆所1996－2000年儿童健康年报资料进行分析比较。 结果 5年间儿童营养不良患病率逐年下降，低体重、发育迟缓、消瘦患病率分别为0．48％、0．56％、0．25％，各类营养不良中发育迟缓患病为主；儿童体格趋于肥胖逐年增高，达4．24％。儿童贫血患病率1％。儿童患龋率、龋均逐年增高，分别达36．76％、1．45。各类健康指标城区好于农村。结论 托幼园所儿童营养状况良好，在营养不良患病率较低的状态下，重点解决儿童发育迟缓与肥胖的干预，儿童五官保健不容忽视，农村园所儿童保健需进一步加强。

Evaluation and Analysis of Children Health Situation in Beijing Municipal Kindergarten.

Objective To probe the change trend of children health situation in Beijing municipal kindergartens. Methods To adopt the analytical method of time series to compare the data of annual report on children health situation from 1996 to 2000 in Beijing municipal kindergartens. Results The incidence rate of children malnutrition was decreased year by year during the 5 year period.The incidence rate of underweight, stunting and wasting were 0.48%,0.56% and 0.25% respectively.The most common malnutrition disease was mainly stunting.The rate of children obesity was increased also year by year and the rate was as high as 4.24%.The incidence rate of children anaemia was 1%.The caries incidence and caries mean value were increased year by year,which were 36.76% and 1.45 respectively.The various indicators of children health situation in urban area were better than that in rural area. Conclusions The children malnutrition situation is relatively good in Beijing municipal kindergarten.Under the condition that the incidence rate of children malnutrition is relatively lower,we should focus on resolving the problems of stunting and intervening children obesity.We should not ignore the oral health care.We should further strengthen the children health care in rural area.
