| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定骨通贴膏中盐酸麻黄碱的含量及含量均匀度。方法：采用Kromasil C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（5：95）为流动相，柱温为30℃，流速1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为207nm。结果：盐酸麻黄碱在0．0527～2．6350μg的范围内线性关系良好，r=1．0000，平均回收率103．07％，RSD为1．70％（n=6）。结论：该方法操作简便，准确性、重复性好，可用于骨通贴膏中盐酸麻黄碱的含量及含量均匀度测定。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for the determination the content and uniformity of ephedrine hydrochloride in gutong piasters. Method： The Kromasil C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used at 30℃ with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（5： 95） as the mobile phase, 1.0 ml · min^-1 as the flow rate, 207 nm as the detective wavelength. Result： The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.052 7-2. 635 0μg, r = 1. 000 0, the average recovery was 103.07% and RSD was 1.70% （ n = 6）. Conclusion ： This method is simple , accurate and repeatable. It can be used for the determination the content and uniformity of ephedrine hydrochloride in gutong plasters. |
