芩菊清解胶囊质量标准研究

摘    要:目的建立芩菊清解胶囊的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别制剂中黄芩、野菊花;采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中黄芩苷的含量。结果黄芩、野菊花薄层图谱斑点清晰,空白无干扰;黄芩苷在0.0663~0.5304μg范围内呈线性关系,回归方程为:Y=3×10^0.7X+17488(R^2=0.9998),平均回收率为98.39%,RSD=0.90%。结论该法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,适用于芩菊清解胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish the quality standard of Qinju Qingjie capsules. Methods Radix ScuteUariae and Flos Chrysanthemi Indici were identified by TLC. The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC. Results The spots on TLC plates were clear without interference in the blank reference. The standard curve of baicalin was Y=3× 10^0.7X+ 17488 (R^2 =0.9998), linear range was 0.0663-0.5304 μg, average recovery rate of baicalin was 98.39%, RSD was 0.90%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Qinju Qingjie capsules.
