京骨穴透涌泉穴结合麦肯基疗法治疗颈型颈椎病100例疗效观察

Observation on treating 100 patients with cervical spondylopathy by acupuncture from Jinggu points through Yongquan points plus Mackenzie therapy
Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture from Jinggu points(京骨穴)through Yongquan points(涌泉穴)plus Mackenzie therapy on cervical spondylosis.Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,50 cases in each.The treatment group was treated by acupuncture at Jinggu points through Yongquan points plus Mckenzie therapy,and the control group was treated by acupuncture at Jinggu points through Yongquan points alone.Results:The VAS score in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.The improvement of bowstring value in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the improvement of cervical spine flexion,extension,left-right rotation and left-right flexion in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at Jinggu points through Yongquan points plus Mackenzie therapy shows a definite clinical effect on cervical spondylosis,can ameliorate neck pain,promote the recovery of cervical curvature,and improve cervical spine mobility,is better than acupuncture alone,and is worthy of clinical application.
