参附养心汤加减对老年慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛型患者心功能及血管内皮功能的影响

目的:探究参附养心汤加减对老年慢性心力衰竭(Chronic Heart Failure,CHF)阳虚水泛型患者心功能及血管内皮功能的影响。方法:选取2017年12月-2019年12月于我院就诊的老年CHF阳虚水泛型患者130例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组给予慢性心力衰竭基础治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加参附养心汤加减治疗,观察两组患者临床效果、治疗前后心功能水平、血管内皮功能及安全性指标情况。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后左心室射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEF)水平和降钙素基因相关肽(Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide,CGRP)、一氧化氮(NO)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),内皮素(Endofhelin,ET)水平、左心室舒张末内径(Left Ventricular End Diastolic Diameter,LVEDd)及左心室收缩末内径(Left Ventricular End Systolic Diameter,LVESd)水平明显低于对照组(p<0.05);两组患者安全性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参附养心汤加减辅助治疗CHF临床疗效显著,能够通过益气扶阳、行气利水等机制改善心功能和血管内皮功能,安全可靠。

Efficacy of the Shenfu Yangxin decoction on heart function and vascular endothelial function in elderly patients with syndrome of water overflowing due to Yang deficiency

Objective:To explore the effect of the Shenfu Yangxin decoction(参附养心汤)on the heart function and vascular endothelial function in elderly patients with syndrome of wafer overflowing due to Yang deficirncy(阳虚)of chronic heart failure.Methods:130 elderly CHF patients were divided into the control group and observation group,Wifh 65 cases in each.The control group was given basic treatment,and the observation group was given the Shenfu Yangxin decoction more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).LVEF levels,CGRP and NO in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of ET,LVEDd and LVESd were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Shenfu Yangxin decoction has a significant clinical effect on adjuvant treatment of CHF.It can improve the cardiac function and vascular endothelial function through mechanisms such as replenishing Qi(气)and promoting Yang(阳),promoting Qi and promoting water,and is safe and reliable.
