| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of equal triangle oblique penetration needling with microwave therapy on lateral epicondylitis.Methods:42 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(21 cases)and the control group(21 cases).The treatment group was given equal triangle oblique penetration needling with microwave therapy.The control group was treated by common acupuncture with electroacupuncture.Results:There were significant statistical differences in the scores of VAS and MEPS between pretreatment and post-treatment in two groups(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on epicondylitis is obvious,with simple,cheap and safe method,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
