止痛如神汤口服及保留灌肠对肛窦炎患者炎症指标及疼痛程度的影响

目的:探究止痛如神汤口服及保留灌肠对肛窦炎患者炎症指标及疼痛程度的影响。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月-2019年12月我院收治的38例肛窦炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同进行分组,将19例使用甲硝唑联合庆大霉素保留灌肠治疗的患者纳入对照组,将19例使用止痛如神汤口服及保留灌肠加甲硝唑联合庆大霉素保留灌肠治疗的患者纳入观察组。比较两组症状消失时间、疼痛视觉模拟评估法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分及炎症指标C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin,IL-6)]水平。结果:观察组肛周坠胀感、疼痛、瘙痒及肛周潮湿消失时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组VAS评分及CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12 d后,两组VAS评分及CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低,且观察组比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肛窦炎患者采用止痛如神汤口服及保留灌肠治疗可以减轻患者炎症反应,缓解疼痛,促进患者早日康复,值得推广应用。

The efficacy of the Zhitong Rushen decoction oral and retention enema on inflammatory index and pain degree in patients with anal sinusitis

Objective:To explore the effects of the Zhitong Rushen decoction(止痛如神汤)oral and retention enema on inflammatory indicators and pain levels in patients with anal sinusitis.Methods:38 cases was retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment programs,19 cases in the control group were treated with metronidazole plus gentamicin retention enema,and 19 cases in the control group received the Zhitong Rushen decoction more.Results:The disappearance times of perianal swelling,pain,itching and perianal moisture in the observation group were earlier than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 12 days of treatment,the VAS,CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the groups were all decreased,and those in the observation group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Zhitong Rushen decoction oral and retention enema can reduce the inflammatory response,relieve pain,and promote recovery early,and is worthy of promotion and application.
