以音乐干预为基础的综合护理对ICU重症肺炎患者睡眠质量、心理状态的影响

目的:探讨基于音乐干预的综合护理对ICU重症肺炎患者的睡眠质量、心理状态的影响。方法:选取2018年4月至2020年4月期间肇庆市第二人民医院ICU收治的重症肺炎患者110例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。给予对照组常规护理,观察组为基于音乐干预的综合护理,比较2组干预前后的睡眠质量(PSQI)、心理状态(SAS、SDS)。结果:干预后,观察组的PSQI评分、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:基于音乐干预的综合护理可明显改善ICU重症肺炎患者的睡眠质量以及心理状态。

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Based on Music Intervention on Sleep Quality and Mental State of Patients with Severe Pneumonia in ICU

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care based on music intervention on the sleep quality and mental state of patients with severe pneumonia in ICU.Methods:A total of 110 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to the ICU of the Second People′s Hospital of Zhaoqing City from April 2018 to April 2020 were enrolled.According to the random number table,they were divided into an observation group of 55 cases and a control group of 55 cases,and the control group was given routine care,The observation group is a comprehensive care based on music intervention,comparing the sleep quality(PSQI)and mental state(SAS,SDS)of the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the PSQI score,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing based on music intervention can significantly improve the sleep quality and mental state of patients with severe pneumonia in ICU.
