| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of Tongluo Ditan Yin(通络涤痰饮)plus acupuncture on cerebral infarction.Methods:80 cases were selected in the study and equally grouped by random number table method.The control group(40 cases)took conventional Western medicine plus Tongluo Ditan Yin,and the observation group(40 cases)received Tongluo Ditan Yin plus acupuncture.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The change in blood lipid indexes,serum FIB,NPY and NIHSS scores in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongluo Ditan Yin plus acupuncture on cerebral infarction can ameliorate neurological damage and blood lipids of patients,with a definite effect. |
