急诊监护室中白噪声对患者睡眠质量的影响研究

摘    要:目的:探讨急诊监护室中白噪声对患者睡眠质量的影响研究。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年2月期间湖北襄阳市谷城县人民医院急诊监护室收治的患者180例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。其中对照组采用常规的护理方式,观察组采用常规护理模式并增加白噪声进行干预。经过护理后,对2组患者的睡眠质量进行比较。结果:观察组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的睡眠质量评分为(7.45±4.68)分,对照组评分为(9.02±1.85)分,观察组评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊监护室中,对患者应用白噪声可以对患者的睡眠质量在一定程度上起到提高的作用,可以将这种方法应用于临床,并进行推广实行。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of white noise in emergency care room on patients′sleep quality.Methods:A total of 180 patients treated in the emergency care unit of our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,90 cases in the study group and 90 cases in the control group.The control group received routine treatment The research group accepted the conventional nursing mode and increased white noise for intervention.After nursing,the sleep quality of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:The study group′s sleep quality,time to fall asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,hypnotic drugs,and daytime function were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the sleep quality score of the study group was(7.45±4.68)points,the control group score was(9.02±1.85)points,the study group score was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the emergency care room,the application of white noise to patients can improve the sleep quality of patients to a certain extent.This method can be applied to the clinic and promoted.
