Analysis of the Effect of Ventilator Assisted Operation on Obstructive Sleep Apnea hypopnea Syndrome

Objective:Patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were treated with ventilator before operation,and then operated to evaluate the effect of operation.Methods:A total of 60 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome who were treated in Qijiang District People′s Hospita from January 2017 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group(on the basis of the patients in the control group,assisted by ventilator)and the control group(treated by conventional surgery),which were composed of 30 patients The sleep disorder index,sleepiness score,average oxygen saturation at night,minimum oxygen saturation at night and the total effective rate were compared,so as to study the therapeutic effect of ventilator-assisted therapy.Results:The sleep disorder index,sleepiness degree score,average oxygen saturation at night and minimum oxygen saturation at night in the observation group were(12.1±0.8)%,(97.9±0.9)%,(89.6±3.6)%,(17.2±2.0)%,respectively.The sleep disorder index,sleepiness degree score,average oxygen saturation at night and minimum oxygen saturation at night in the control group were(15.6±2.6)%,(90±3.2)%,(75.4±6.8)%,(40.3±5.8)%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%(27/30),Higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were treated by ventilator assisted surgery,the therapeutic effect was obvious,the sleep quality was significantly improved,it is worth popularizing and can be applied.
