An analysis of the effects of deep stimulation at Sanyin Jing in feet tendons on the knee flexion function of affected limb after stroke based on plantar pressure |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of deep stimulation at Sanyin Jing(三阴经)in feet tendons on the knee flexion function of affected limb after stroke.Methods:60 patients were randomly distributed into the DMS group and the control group.The control group was given conventional acupuncture and rehabilitation training with medical treatment,while the DMS group took deep stimulation at Sanyin Jing in feet tendons more.Results:On 4th week after treatment,the efficacy of static plantar pressure in the DMS group was better(P<0.05).The efficacy of dynamic bipedal heel impulse was better than the control group(P<0.05).On 2nd week and 4th week after treatment,the efficacy of dynamic feet axis angle in the groups showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Deep stimulation at Sanyin Jing in feet tendons can significantly improve the knee flexion function of attected limb after stroke. |
