| 摘 要： | 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症之一,随着患病率的增加,其已经成为终末期肾病的首要原因。中医认为本病属于“消渴”“虚劳”“水肿”等病症。许筠主任医师认为本病多为气血阴阳亏虚,常兼湿热、血瘀。笔者有幸跟随老师学习,老师辨证准确,组方精当,用药独特。现对其从湿热、瘀阻论治糖尿病肾病临床经验进行总结。

Clinical experience of Chief Physician Xu Jun in treating diabetic kidney disease from Shire Yuzu |

| Abstract: | Diabetic kidney disease is one of the common microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus.With the increase of prevalence,it has become the primary cause of end-stage nephropathy.TCM believes that this disease belongs to the Xiaoke(消渴),Xulao(虚劳),Shuizhong(水肿)and other diseases.Chief Physician Xu Yun believes that the disease is mostly deficiency of Qi and blood,Yin(阴)and Yang(阳),often combined with dampness-heat or blood stasis.The author is lucky to follow the teacher to study,now clinical experience of Chief Physician Xu Yun in treating diabetic nephropathy from the perspective of dampness-heat and stagnation was summarized by the author. |
