青光眼、角膜炎等眼科疾病住院患者睡眠质量出现问题的原因分析与处理

摘    要:目的:本文研究青光眼、角膜炎等眼科疾病住院患者睡眠质量出现问题的原因分析与处理。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年7月湖北省襄阳市谷城县人民医院住院治疗的青光眼、角膜炎等眼科疾病患者116例作为研究对象,在治疗的过程中对他们的睡眠质量进行调查,探索他们睡眠质量出现问题的原因,针对原因进行分析,提出自己的解决措施。结果:通过调查了解,116例青光眼、角膜炎等眼科疾病住院患者全部出现睡眠质量问题,其中入眠困难60例,早醒36例,醒后感觉身体不适10例,睡眠中断10例。究其原因,主要集中在眼科疾病抑郁55例,对眼科疾病焦虑45例,眼睛疼痛10例,药物因素6例。结论:青光眼、角膜炎等眼科疾病住院患者几乎都会出现睡眠质量问题,针对住院患者应该采取适当的调节措施,确保住院患者可以更好的入眠,有助于他们眼科疾病的恢复。

Analysis and Treatment of Sleep Quality Problems in Hospitalized Patients with Glaucoma,Keratitis and Other Ophthalmic Diseases

Abstract:Objective:This paper studies the causes and treatment of sleep quality problems in hospitalized patients with glaucoma,keratitis and other ophthalmic diseases.Methods:From March 2019 to July 2020,116 cases of hospitalized patients with glaucoma,keratitis and other ophthalmic diseases were selected in our hospital.During the treatment process,their sleep quality was investigated,and the causes of their sleep quality problems were explored.The causes were analyzed and their own solutions were put forward.Results:Through the investigation,116 cases of glaucoma,keratitis and other ophthalmic diseases in patients with sleep quality problems,including 60 cases of sleep difficulties,36 cases of early awakening,10 cases of physical discomfort after waking up,10 cases of sleep interruption.The main causes were depression in 55 cases,anxiety in 45 cases,eye pain in 10 cases and drug factors in 6 cases.Conclusion:Glaucoma,keratitis and other ophthalmic diseases hospitalized patients almost will have sleep quality problems,for hospitalized patients should take appropriate adjustment measures to ensure that hospitalized patients can sleep better,which is conducive to the recovery of their ophthalmic diseases.
