| 循环改进护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量及负性情绪的影响 |

| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨循环改进护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量及负性情绪的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年5月清远市第三人民医院收治的精神分裂症患者64例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组32例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施循环改进护理,比较2组的睡眠质量和负性情绪评分结果。结果:2组护理后睡眠质量评分低于护理前,观察组低于对照组,观察组正性情绪评分高于对照组、负性情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循环改进护理可明显改善精神分裂症患者睡眠质量和负性情绪。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of circulatory improved nursing on sleep quality and negative mood in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 64 schizophrenic patients admitted from January 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The comparison group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given circulatory improved nursing care,and the sleep quality and negative mood score results of the two groups were compared.Results:The score of sleep quality after nursing was lower than that before nursing in the two groups,that in the observation group was lower than that in the comparison group,that in the observation group was higher than that in the comparison group,and that in the negative emotion was lower than that in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The circulatory improvement nursing can obviously improve the sleep quality and negative emotion of schizophrenic patients. |
