自拟痛风急发方治疗湿热瘀阻型痛风性关节炎60例临床观察

目的:观察自拟痛风急发方对湿热瘀阻型痛风性关节炎的临床治疗效果。方法:共选取60例湿热瘀阻型痛风性关节炎患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组口服非布司他、非甾体消炎药,治疗组在对照组基础上口服自拟痛风急发方,疗程均为4周。每两周观察各组临床症状、血尿酸(Uric Acid,UA)、红细胞沉降率(Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate,ESR)、C反应蛋白(C-reative Protein,CRP)水平以及中医证候积分,观察并记录两组用药期间不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗后临床症状显著好转,血尿酸、ESR、CRP水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组上述各指标较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟痛风急发方治疗湿热瘀阻型痛风性关节炎疗效确切,且用药安全,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of gouty arthritis of the Shire Yuzu type by the Tongfeng Jifa decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Tongfeng Jifa decoction(痛风急发方)on gouty arthritis of the Shire Yuzu type(湿热瘀阻型).Methods:60 cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group took febuxostat and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines orally,and the treatment group received the Tongfeng Jifa decoction more.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptoms in the groups were both improved significantly.UA,ESR and CRP levels in the groups were all significantly decreased compared with before(P<0.05);and the decrement in the treatment group was more obvious compared with the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Tongfeng Jifa decoction shows a precise effect on gouty arthritis of the Shire Yuzu type,with safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
