脑梗死患者睡眠障碍的护理分析

目的:探讨脑梗死合并睡眠障碍患者的临床护理要点。方法:选取2017年9月至2019年9月期间联勤保障部队第909医院收治的脑梗死合并睡眠障碍的患者120例作为研究对象,按照数据表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组为一般性护理,观察组为综合性护理,比较2组的睡眠情况、神经功能缺损情况以及护理满意度。结果:经不同的护理干预后,观察组患者的总睡眠时间、睡眠质量等指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的睡眠神经功能缺损评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死合并睡眠障碍患者临床中采取综合性护理干预可改善患者的睡眠治疗并加上神经功能恢复,值得推荐使用。

Nursing Analysis of Sleep Disorders in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To explore the clinical nursing points of cerebral infarction patients with sleep disorder.Methods:From September 2017 to September 2019,120 patients with cerebral infarction and sleep disorder in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the data table method.The control group was general nursing and the observation group was comprehensive nursing.The sleep condition,neurological function defect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After different nursing intervention,the total sleep time and sleep quality of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The score of sleep neurological deficit in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the sleep treatment and neurological function recovery of patients with cerebral infarction and sleep disorder.
