犬声带切除术后的修复观察

目的：研究犬声带切除术后的重建。方法：将犬一侧声带膜部、喉室及小部分室带前下份连同内软骨膜一起切除。将其上下残留的喉内软组织松解、拉扰、相对缝合，使修复后的喉腔仍为粘膜所覆盖。结果：发现两只犬在术后三月时形成的重建声带随杓区活动而内收、外展。其余3只犬经半年及一年观察，与三月处死的犬的重建的声带组比较，其外形大小等改变不明显。结论：此手术方法伤口修复快，喉功能恢复好，可供临床参考。

Evaluation of reconstructed canine vocal folds.

Objectvie:To investigate the dog vocal fold reconstruction after cordectomy in experimental study.Methods:The unilateral vocal folds,laryngeal ventricle,partial anteroinferior protion of ventricular band and the homolateral inner perichondrium of the thyriod cartilage were excised.The upper and lower neighboring soft tissues of the laryngeal traumatic area were relaxed and the superior part was sutured to the inferior part to clear up the laryngeal traumatic area.Results:The reconstructed vocal folds was mobilizable in adduction and abduction with the action of arytenoid area in two dogs at the third month after operation.Comparing with the dogs sacrificed in the third month,there was no remarkable change in the shape and size of reconstructed vocal folds in another three dogs during half year to one year's observation.Conclusion:This is a good method to get a quick wound healing and an as soon as possilbe reconvery of laryngeal function in our clinical practice.
