异位妊娠的超声诊断-附93例病例分析

目的 分析异位妊娠(EP)的声像图特征及相关实验室检查，探讨异位妊娠的超声诊断价值。方法 对93例疑诊异位妊娠患进行B超检查，对比超声诊断与术后及病理检查结果。结果 B超诊断异位妊娠55例，术后病理检查确诊52例，B超确诊率为94．5％；误诊3例，误诊率为5．5％；B超诊断非异位妊娠38例，有2例最后确诊为异位妊娠，漏诊率3．7％。结论 B超检查可作为目前诊断异位妊娠的有效方法。

B-ultrasound Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To analyze the effectiveness and accuracy of the B-ultrasound via abdomen in diagnosing the ectopic pregnancy(EP) patients. Methods In retrospect compareing the results from B-ultrasound diagnosis and pathologic diagnosis in 93 cases of suspected ectopic pregnancy patients. Results In total of 93 cases, 55 cases were diagnosed EP by ultrasound and 52 cases of them were comfirmed by pathologic diagnosis. The accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis was 94.5% . The false positive diagnosis by ultrasound was 5.5% . The rest 38 cases were excluded from EP by ultrasound diagnosis, but 2 cases of them were misdignosed. The false negative rate is 3.7%. Conclusion B-ultrasound via abdomen is an effective approach for diagnosing ectopic pregnancy.
