顺式阿曲库铵在肾移植手术麻醉中应用的临床研究

目的观察顺式阿曲库铵在肾移植手术麻醉中应用时的肌松作用与安全性.方法 22例肾功能衰竭接受肾移植手术的患者为实验组,22例肾功能正常接受普外手术的患者为对照组.两组患者均采用相同方法诱导与维持,TOF-WATCH作肌松监测.结果顺式阿曲库铵的肌松作用和对生命体征的影响在两组患者之间无统计学差异（P〉0.05）.结论顺式阿曲库铵可以安全有效地用于肾移植手术时的麻醉.

Clinical Observation of Cisatracurium in Patients Undergoing Renal Transplantion

Objective To observe the muscle relaxing effect and safety of cisatracurium in patients undergoing renal transplantion. Methods 22 patients with renal failure who undergoing renal transplantion were selected into experimental group, and 22 patients undergoing abdominal surgery were seleeted into the control group. The same way of anesthesia induction and maintain was used in patients in the two groups. The TOF mode of stimulation was used to monitor muscle relax of patients. Result There was no statistically significant difference in the muscle relaxing effect and the effect of cisatraeurium on vital signs of patients between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cisatracurium can be safely and effectively used in patients undergoing renal transplantion.
