复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法120例符合WHO诊断标准的冠心病心绞痛患者，随机分为两组，治疗组60例口服复方丹参滴丸，每次10丸，每天3次，对照组60例口服消心痛，每次10～20mg，每天3次．对比观察临床疗效。结果对心绞痛和心电图改变的总有效率，治疗组93．3％和833％，而对照组为75．0％和66．76％，两组相比均有显著差异（P〈0.05）。治疗组无不良反应发生。结论复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心痛心绞痛疗效显著，安全可靠。

Observation on Efficacy of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills in Treatment of Angina Pectoris

Objective To investigate the efficacy of compound danshen dropping pills （DSP） in the treatment of angina pectoris and its safety. Methods A total of 120 patients with angina pectoris in line with WHO diagnostic criterion were divided into treatment group （n=60） and control group （n=60） at random. The former group was administered with DSP, and the latter with isosorbide dinitrate. Results The total efficiencies of the improvements in angina pectoris and ECG were 93.3% and 83.3% in the treatment group respectively, while the counterparts were 75.0% and 66.76% in the control group. There were significant differences in the above parameters between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Moreover, there were no side effects in the treatment group. Conclusion DSP is not only safe, but also obviously effective in the treatment of angina pectoris.
