犬小孢子菌胞外酶活性研究

摘    要:目的 观察感染不同部位的犬小孢子菌胞外酶活性。方法 将 2 0株犬小孢子菌临床株按采集的部位分为头癣株和体癣株 ,分别进行胞外酶丝氨酸蛋白酶和脂肪酶的活性检测。结果 犬小孢子菌头癣株丝氨酸蛋白酶活性显著高于体癣株 (P <0 .0 1) ,而两者的脂肪酶活性无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 不同感染部位的犬小孢子菌存在着种内差异 ,其致病活性有明显不同。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the extracellular enzymes activities of Microsporum Canis strains isolated from different locus.Methods 20 strains of Microsporum Canis were divides into two groups, one of which included ten strains isolated from tinea corporis, the other one included ten strains isolated from tinea capitis. In two groups, the activities of serine enzyme and lipase were detected.Results The serine enzyme activity in tinea capitis group was significantly higher than that in tinea corporis group(P<0.01). The lipase activity between the tinea capitis group and tinea corporis group had no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion There is difference in species between the Microsporum Canis strains isolated from different locus, and their pathogenicity is different in the same.
