摘    要:目的:建立HPLC法测定乳疮丸中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为YMC-Pack ODS-A(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(10∶90∶0.4);检测波长为327nm;流速为1.0ml/min;柱温为30℃;进样量10μl。结果:绿原酸测定的线性范围为0.0308~0.308μg,回归方程为Y=98466.04X-24944.48,r=0.999961,平均回收率为100.55%,RSD为1.06%(n=6)。结论:该方法结果准确,操作简单,重现性好,可作为乳疮丸质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorgenic acid in Ruchuang Pill.Methods:The YMC-Pack ODS-A column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used,and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-phosphate(10∶90∶0.4),the flow rate of which was 1.0 ml/min.The column temperature was 30 ℃,and the dectection wavelength was at 327 nm.Results:The cablibration curve was linear within a range of 0.030 8~0.308 μg,the regression equation of which was Y=98 466.04 X-24 944.48,r=0.999 961,and average recovery was 100.55% with RSD of 1.06.Conclusions:The method is simple and repeatable and can be applied to the quality control of Ruchuang Pill.
