| 摘 要： | 目的研究脉压与心血管疾病的相关性。方法将481例急性心血管疾病患者分为充血性心力衰竭组和冠心病组，另设无心血管疾病并发症高血压患者为对照组，进行统计学比较及回顾性研究分析。结果脉压在心血管疾病组与对照组之间有显著差异（P〈0．01）；充血性心力衰竭和冠心病之间脉压亦有显著差异（P〈0．05）；随着年龄增长，脉压70mmHg异常率与年龄之间存在一定的正相关。结论高血压患者脉压增宽与心血管事件危险性相关，升高的脉压对于老年人是心血管疾病危险性的强有力预测因子。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To exam the relationship between pulse pressure and cardiovasculardiseases.Methods:481 pations with cardiovascular diseases were divided into 2 groups.Group A With cornary heart disease,and group B with congestive heart failure.For the purpose of statistical comparison and review analysis,group C formed by Hypertensive pations without cardiovascular diseases was set as comparision.Results: Pulse pressure of Group A and B has significant difference with that of Group C(p<0.01);Group B and Group A have noticeable defferences in pulse pressure(p<0.05);Pulse pressure 70mmHg abnormal rate is positive correlated with age.Conclusions: The increasedHypertenive pation's pulse pressure is related to the risk of cardiovascular diseases incidents.For the old people,the increased pulse pressure is one of the sysptoms that shows the danger of the cardiovascular diseases. |
