局部晚期鼻咽癌患者放化疗及随访过程中T细胞亚群的变化规律

目的:探讨局部晚期鼻咽癌患者治疗及随访过程中T细胞亚群的变化规律。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测50例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者治疗及随访过程中血浆T细胞亚群的变化。结果:局部晚期鼻咽癌患者治疗前血浆T细胞亚群较正常人群稍低(P>0.05)。在治疗第1、22天血浆T细胞亚群较治疗前变化不明显(P>0.05),而在第43天CD4+升高,CD8+降低,CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高,较治疗前差异有显著性(P<0.05)。在治疗第71、99天,CD4+比例降低,CD8+比例有所升高,CD4+/CD8+比值明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),且第71天以CD4+比例下降为主,而第99天则以CD8+比例升高为主。在治疗第127天,随访过程中第3、6个月患者血浆T细胞亚群开始恢复,但仍然保持低水平,与治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05)。在随访第9、12、15个月患者血浆T细胞亚群基本恢复正常,与治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:局部晚期鼻咽癌患者T细胞亚群在治疗及随访过程中呈现动态的变化,在治疗的第43天CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高,而第71、99天CD4+/CD8+比值明显降低,随访1年左右基本恢复正常,这也为...。

Dynamic changes of T cell subtypes of local-regional advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma during chemo-radiotherapy and follow up

Objective To explore the changes of the T cell subtypes of local-regional advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) during treatment and follow up. Methods T cell subtypes of fifty NPC patients were detected by flow cytometry. Results T cell subtypes of regional advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma before treatment were lower slightly than that of normal people(P > 0.05). Compared with patients before treatment,T cell subtypes of the patients did not chang on day 1 and day 22 during treatment(P > 0.05),but CD4 increased, CD8 decreased and CD4 /CD8 ratio significantly increased on day 43 during treatment. On day 71 and day 99 during treatment,CD4 decreased, CD8 increased and CD4 /CD8 ratio significantly decreased compared with that of the patients before treatment(P < 0.05). T cell subtypes of NPC patients began to recove and maintained at low level on day 127 during treatmentand were normal during 3-monthand 6-month follow-upperiod(P> 0.05). Conclusions There are dynamic changes of T cell subtypes in NPC patients during treatment and follow up. These results are beneficial to clinical reasonable immuno-modulate therapy.
