267例不育症患者精液沙眼衣原体和支原体感染情况分析

目的了解男性不育症患者精液沙眼衣原体和支原体感染状况。方法对267例男性不育症患者精液进行沙眼衣原体检测和支原体培养、鉴定、计数及药敏试验。结果267例标本中沙眼衣原体和支原体感染总阳性率为52.81%,其中单纯支原体感染阳性率为41.20%,单纯沙眼衣原体感染阳性率为4.87%,两者合并感染的阳性率为6.74%。支原体对9种抗菌药物敏感性较高的是美满霉素、强力霉素、交沙霉素,其次是罗红霉素、阿奇霉素;耐药性较高的为氧氟沙星、克林霉素。结论对于男性不育症患者,临床应尽可能多检查病原体的种类,尤其是支原体、沙眼衣原体的检测;同时,应加强支原体培养和药敏试验,为临床合理应用抗菌药物进行治疗提供有效的指导和支持,从而最大限度地控制耐药菌株的产生。

Infection with Chlamydia trachomatis and Mycoplasma in semen of 267 men with infertilitas

Objective To analysis the infection of Chlamydia trachomatis and Mycoplasma in semen of men with infertilitas. Methods The culture, identification, counting and drug susceptibility of Chlamydia trachomatis and Mycoplasma for the semen of men with infertilitas were conducted.
