29例微创治疗高血压脑出血疗效观察

目的观察比较传统手术治疗与微创治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法将高血压脑出血57例患者随机分成两组,手术组行开颅血肿清除术;微创组行CT立体定位微创血肿清除术治疗;比较两组的神经功能缺损评分和治疗有效率。结果微创组治疗后神经功能缺损评分明显下降,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;微创组治疗有效率86.20%,手术组有效率42.86%,差异比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 CT立体定位微创血肿清除术治疗损伤小,疗效确切。

29 Cases of minimally invasive treatment on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To observe the the effect of traditional surgery and minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 57 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups, line-operated group craniotomy hematoma removal operation; Minimally Invasive Stereotactic Row CT in the treatment of minimally invasive hematoma and compared between the two groups of neurological deficit scores and treatment efficiency. Results The minimally invasive group after treatment, neurological deficit scores decreased difference between the two groups, which had statistical significance （P〈0.05）and minimally invasive treatment had 86.20% of efficiency but the efficiency of operation group had 42.86%, which indicated the statistical significance by comparison （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The minimally invasive treatment by stereotactic CT on hematoma has the advantages of small injuries and the exact curative effect.
