长骨原发性恶性肿瘤的影像诊断

摘    要:目的 探讨X线平片、CT、MRI对长骨原发性恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 对54例经手术病理证实的长骨原发性恶性肿瘤的影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果 54例长骨原发性恶性肿瘤的影像资料结合手术病理对照,其主要影像表现为,囊性和浸溶性骨质破坏54例(100%);骨髓侵犯52例(96.3%);骨骺板和关节破坏25例(46.3%);骨膜反应45例(83.3%);多呈不规则、中断或三角状45例(83.3%);异常新生骨或瘤软骨28例(51.9%);软组织肿块51例(94.4%)。结论 X线平片、CT、MRI三者结合对骨肿瘤的术前正确判断有很大价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of primary bone tumor with X ray film,CT and MRI. Methods To analyze the imaging findings of 54 cases with the primary bone tumor in the upper and lower extremity retrospectively, which were all proved by operation and pathology. Results The imaging manifestation,combined with operation and pathology were cystic and osteolytic bone destroyed in 54 cases (100%), involved myelogenesis in 52 cases (96.3%), osteoepiphysis and articular destroyed in 25 cases, aperiosteal reaction in 45 cases (83.3%) which was irregular, discontinuous, triangle, the abnomal osteoanagenesis and chondrogen tumor bone in 28 cases (51.9%), the mass of muscles in 51 cases. Conclusion There is great value in the correction preoperation diagnosis with combined X ray film, CT with MRI.
