| 摘 要： | 目的 了解深静脉血栓形成患血浆狼疮抗凝物（LA）水平的变化，探讨静脉血栓形成的发生机制。方法 用APTT法检测40例深静脉血栓患与40例健康的LA。结果 深静脉血栓患组LA阳性率（12.5%)显高于对照组（P＜0.05)。结论 LA可能是静脉血栓形成的危险因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the level of lupus anticoagulant (LA) in the blood plasma of 40 cases of deep venous thrombosis (DVT), discuss the occurring mechanism of venous thrombosis. Method A case-control study was made to detect LA in 40 samples of DVT and 40 samples of control with APTT. Result The positive ratio of LA in DVT group(12. 5% ) was obviously higher than that in control group (p < 0.05) . Conclusion LA seems to be one of the dangerous reasons to induce the thrombosis. |
