门诊鼻内镜检查、活检麻醉方法改进及肿瘤性病变716例结果分析

目的改进鼻内镜检查、活检的麻醉方法，并研究鼻腔、鼻咽部良恶性肿瘤构成比例、诊断方法。方法地卡因麻黄素混合液喷吸入鼻腔表面麻醉行门诊鼻内镜检查、活检并分析所得肿瘤性病变特点。结果采用喷吸法大部分病人可以耐受检查和活检，获得了鼻、鼻咽肿瘤的部分统计学数据。结论喷吸法简单、安全、有效，基本可以替代棉片法作为鼻内镜检查、活检的手段，鼻腔、鼻窦和鼻咽部肿瘤的构成规律可供临床诊断决策参考。

Modifying topical anesthesia for biopsy and nasal endoscopy and analysis of characteristics of nasal tumors in 716 out patients

Objective To improve topical anesthesia method in nasal endoscopy and biopsy, study constituent ratio and diagnostic method of nasal and nasopharyngeal tumor. Methods Dicaine solution mixed with ephedrine was sprayed and sucked to achieve topical anesthesia,tumors dignosed by endoscopy and biopsy were analyzed. Results Most outpatients can tolerate endoscopy and biopsy under spraying and sucking method, some statistic features of nasal and nasopharyngeal tumor were acquired. Conclusion Spraying and sucking topical anesthesia method which is simple, safe and effective can replace cotton wool method used in nasal endoscopy and biopsy mostly. Constituent ratio of nasal and nasopharyngeal tumor can provide information in diagnosis.
