| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中学生心理控制源与时间管理倾向的关系.方法:采用"青少年时间管理倾向量表"和"内在-外在心理控制源量表"对599名中学生进行调查.结果:初中学生比高中学生更倾向于内控,时间管理明显好于高中学生;中学生心理控制源与时间管理倾向之间存在显著的负相关;高时间管理者和低时间管理者的心理控制源差异显著.结论:中学生的心理控制源与时间管理倾向呈显著的负相关.

| Abstract: | Objective:To find the relationship between locus of control and time management disposition of middle school students.Methods:Using the Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale and the Internal Versus External Locus of Control Inventory, we investigated 599 students. Results:Middle school students' locus of control was negatively correlated to time management disposition, including sense of time value, sense of time control and sense of time efficacy. The difference of locus of control between high time management disposition group and low time management disposition group was significant. Conclusion:Locus of control was negatively correlated with time management disposition in middle school students. |
