| 摘 要： | 目的:研究乙肝病毒血清学标志物(HBV M)与乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV DNA)之间的关系。方法:对497例患者同时检测HBV M和HBV DNA,HBV M检测用ELISA法,HBV DAN检测用PCR法。结果:HBV M的检测结果分为6组,每组HBV M组合都有一定的HBV DNA检出率。结论:说明HBV M只能作为乙肝病毒有无感染的一般性检测,而HBV DNA能检出复制病毒,但难以表达非复制状态的感染,所以两者关系值得进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between HBV M and HBV DNA.Methods: HBV M and HBV DNA in 497 cases were detected.HBV M was detected with ELLSA,and HBV DNA detected with PCR.Results:The result of HBV M was divided into 6 groups, each group was different in the positive rate of HBV DNA. Conclusion: HBV M is used and to generally detect the HBV infection , but HBV DNA can be used to detect the replication of HBV. The HBV M and HBV DNA have duTerent significance. The relationship between HBV M and HBV DNA is worthy of study. |
