| 摘 要： | 目的研究大蒜素氯化钠注射液对细菌内毒素检查实验的干扰情况,并建立其细菌内毒素检查的质量标准。方法参照中国药典2000年版二部附录ⅪE细菌内毒素检查法和附录ⅪⅩF细菌内毒素检查法应用指导原则进行试验。结果供试品13倍稀释液无干扰作用。结论该制剂可以用细菌内毒素检查法控制产品质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the interference of Allitride and Sodium Chloride Injection in bacterial endotoxin test and to establish bacterial endotoxin test method for the sample. Method According to China Pharmacopoeia 2000, inhibition or enhancement test for bacterial endotoxin test was carried out for Allitride and Sodium Chloride Injection. Results 1:3 solution of Allitride and Sodium Chloride Injection had no interference on the test. Conclusion Bacterial endotoxin test method for Al*9litride and Sodium Chloride Injection has been established. |
