康复功能锻炼的指导对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复效果的影响

目的探讨康复功能锻炼的指导对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复的效果。方法指定专人指导锻炼的动作,分阶段对112例行开窗髓核摘除术后的患者进行指导。结果直腿抬高>70°的百分比为91.3%,腰腿痛消失为90%,1年疗效评定优良率达96.5%,无并发症发生。结论康复功能锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复有着显著的效果。

The Effect of Guidance of Rehabilitative Exercise for Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective To discuss the effect of guidance of rehabilitative exercise for postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods To specify someone in charge of the work to guide the exercise movements and guide by stages the patients of 112 cases with fenestration resection of nucleus ulposus.Results The percentage of straight leg raising > 70°was 91.3%,the percentage of low back pain disappeared was 90%.One year later accroding to the clinical evaluation,the fine rate was 96.5%,and no complications occurred.Conclusions Rehabilitative exercise has significant effect for postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
