| 摘 要： | 目的:分析急性创伤性幕上血肿保守治疗适应症。方法:回顾性总结本院1995年10月至2003年1月收治急性创伤性幕上血肿78例。结果:3例经保守治疗治愈,中转手术5例亦痊愈出院。结论:轻中型颅内血肿可经保守治疗自愈,灵活掌握保守治疗指征可提高治疗成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective :To analyse adapative case of keep treatment in acute injury hematoma of submit tentorium of cerebellum.Method: A retrospective analysis was carried out in 78 patients with acute injury hematoma of submit tentorium of cerebellum,which was cured in our hospital from October 1995 to January 2003.Result: 78 patients was cured in keep treatment,including transfer 5 cases was also cured in operation.Conclusion:Light type and middle type intracranial hematoma can cure in keep treatment,if we command neatly indication in keep treatment,we can improve succeed rate of treatment. |
