社区开展麻风病线索调查效果分析

目的利用基层社区健康服务网络开展线索调查,分析实施效果。方法选择流动人口相对密集的社区,利用社区健康服务网络,在充分培训的基础上开展麻风病线索调查。并在调查前和调查结束后1周内,对社区人群进行麻风病知识问卷调查。结果2008年,在11个社区开展麻风病线索调查活动,培训社区健康服务中心医务人员57名,覆盖社区居民73800人,82人次咨询了麻风病相关问题,社区健康服务中心医务人员报告疑似麻风病病例19例,确诊病例0例。线索调查前、后,社区人群对麻风病基本知识及麻风病疑似症状的知晓率明显提高(P0.01)。求医行为及对待麻风病人的态度行为明显改变(P=0.0000.01)。结论在麻风病低流行的情况下,人口流动性大的城市中,利用基层社区健康服务中心网络,在培训好基层医务人员的基础上,充分调动他们参与的积极性,结合持久的健康教育开展麻风病线索调查是一种低成本、实用的麻风病主动发现方式。

Analysis of leprosy clue surveys conducted by community health network
