手部软组织缺损皮瓣修复的疗效分析

目的探讨各种皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的疗效及适应证。方法根据365例患者手部软组织缺损的面积及部位采用不同皮瓣修复。结果358例患者皮瓣完全成活,7例出现皮缘部分坏死,坏死原因是引流不畅、淤血感染,经给予充分引流及清除坏死组织和换药后创面愈合。结论修复手部软组织缺损应视具体病情采用不同皮瓣,应用带蒂皮瓣修复较好。

REPAIR OF INJURED SOFT TISSUES IN HANDS WITH SKIN FLAPS

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of the repair of injured soft tisses in hands with skin flaps as well as the indications.Methods 365 cases were reated with skin flaps according to the area and position of injured soft tissues.Results Skin flaps survived in 358 cases.necrosis in the edges of skin occurred in 7 cases due to inadequate drainage and stagnant infection,and should be given adequate drainage and clearing of necrotic tissues.Conclusion Different skin flaps,especially flaps with pedicales,should be used to repair injured soft tissues according to different conditions.
