| 摘 要： | 本文对目前军队医院面临的地方患者医疗市场形势和近期国家对医疗行业出台的一系列政策导向进行了分析，指出军队医院管理者应针对性的采取措施，扬长避短，争取不断扩大市场占有率，使军队医院能够快速健康发展，达到提高保障能力的最终目的。
