静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的临床护理

目的：观察静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效和护理措施。方法：对56例AMI患者进行早期静脉溶栓治疗并采取积极有效的护理措施，分别从溶栓前、溶栓后及心理等多方面进行护理。结果：急性心肌梗死早期使用溶栓药物，能使冠状动脉再通，心肌重新得到血液灌注，从而拯救濒死的心肌组织。本组患者静脉溶栓成功38例，未通18例，再通率68％，并发出血7例，心律失常44例，病情均基本痊愈，出院，无一例死亡。结论：早期静脉溶栓治疗是AMI患者重要的紧急治疗之一，有效的护理干预，可促进疾病康复，减少并发症。

The success of intravenous thrombolysis in patients with 38 cases, 18 cases did not pass, and then 68 percent rate, seven cases of hemorrhage, 44 cases of arrhythmia, the basic conditions were cured and discharged from hospital, no one cases of death. Conclusion:Early intravenous throm-bolysis is an important one for emergency treatment in patients with AMI. An effective nursing intervention can facilitate the disease rehabilitation and reduce complications.
