川芎嗪对吸烟致小鼠急性肺损伤的保护作用

目的：探讨川芎嗪对香烟烟雾所致急性肿损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法：用香烟烟雾使小鼠被动吸烟的方法，复制急性肺损伤的动物模型；以０．１ｍｌ川芎嗪给模型鼠腹腔注射，观察川芎嗪对吸烟致急性肺损伤小鼠的肺系数及肺组织病理学改变。结果：单纯烟熏组的小鼠肺系数明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。川芎嗪＋烟熏组的小鼠肺系数明显低于单纯烟熏组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而与正常对照组无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。组织学观察发现单纯烟熏组动物的肺有充血、出血、局灶性肺不张和明显的间质水肿，而川芎嗪＋烟熏组动物的肺组织病理改变明显轻于烟熏组，与正常对照组近似。结论：川芎嗪对吸烟所致小鼠的肺损伤有较好的保护作用，其机制之一在于川芎嗪抑制了氧自由基的释放，从而保护细胞膜，减轻肺损伤。

Protective effect of tetramethylppyrazine on acute lung injury induced by cigarette smoking in mice

Objective:To investigate the effect of tetramythylpyrazine on the lang injury and the pulmonary histopathologic change of passive cigarette smoking mice.Methods:A model of acute lung injury was produced by cigarette smoking in mice,the effect of tetramethylpyrazine on lung index and histopathologic changes was observed.Results:The lung index in smoking group was significantly higher than that in normal control group,the lung index in tetramethylpyrazine plus smoking group was much lower than that in smoking group.Difference between tetramethylpyrzine plus smoking group and normal control group was of no significance.Histopathologic observation showed lung congestion,hemorrhage,focal atelectasis and obvious interstitial edema in smoking group,these pathological changes were much milder in tetramethylpyrazine plus smoking group,and were similar to those in normal control group.Conclusions: Tetramethyplpyrazine has some apparent protective effects on lung injury due to cigarette smoking.
