鼻内镜和（或）改良UPPP术在诊治儿童鼾症及OSAHS中的应用

目的探讨鼻内镜技术和（或）改良UPPP术在诊治儿童鼾症及OSAHS中的临床应用价值及可行性。方法在局麻或全麻捅管下应用鼻内镜技术和（或）改良UPPP术对引起儿童鼾症及OSAHS的肥大鼻甲、腺样体、扁桃体、过长的悬雍垂分别给予切除整形处理，解除上气道阻塞。结果本组85例，经随访6～12个月，显效60例，占70．6％；有效15例，占17．6％；无效10例，占11．7％，总有效率88．2％。结论应用鼻内镜技术及改良UPPP术诊治儿童鼾症及OSAHS疗效确切可靠，值得推广应用，但须注意适应症的选择。

The Utilization of Nose-Endoscopy and(or) the Improved Technique of UPPP in Diagnosis and Treatment of Children Snore Symptom and Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnca Sydrone

Objective To study the clinical value and feasibility of utilizing NES and （or） improved UPPP to cure snore symptom and OSAHS in children. Methods Under local anesthesia and the intubation of trachea and general anesthesia, NES and （or） improved UPPP were utilized to excide and reshape the hypertrophyic inferior turbinate, hypertrophyic adenoid,hyper trophyc tohsiha palatina, and hypertrophyic uvula, which could cause OSAHS in children in order to eliminate the obstruction in upper air-way. Results 85 patients were studied and followed 6-12 months. 60 cases effect, 70.6% in total; and 15 cases were effective,17.6% in total; 10 cases were ineffective,11.7% in total. Then the total effective was 88.2%. Conclusion It is reliable to utilize NES and improved OPPP to cure snore symptom and OSAHS. This method is valuable and worth applying abroadly. But the adaptation must be choosen strictly.
