| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性脑血管病并发急性肾功能衰竭的原因及相应的护理措施。方法对23例急性脑血管病并发肾功能衰竭的原因进行了分析并制订相应的护理措施。结果23例急性脑血管病并发肾功能衰竭的患者,其中脑梗死9例,脑出血14例,发生急性肾功能衰竭时间3~14 d。结论根据易发生原因提出相应护理措施,危重患者重点监测生命体征及肾功能,正确应用脱水剂,加强病情观察及护理是防止急性肾功能衰竭的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore causes and nursing of acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with acute renal failure(ARF).Methods Causes of acute cerebrovascular disease in 23 patients complicated with ARF were analyzed and corresponding nursing measures were made.Results Among 23 patients,9 cases were cerebral infarction,14 cases cerebral hemorrhage,and time of occurrence of ARF ranged from 3 to 14 days.Conclusion Corresponding nursing measures are carried out according to common causes.Risk severe patients are performed with emphasis on monitoring of vital sign and renal function.Dehydrating agent is performed correctly.Observation of pathogenetic condition is strengthened and nursing is important countmeasures for prevention of ARF. |
