改良通道F20与标准通道F24经皮肾三代超声碎石临床疗效观察

目的探讨改良F20和标准F24两种通道经皮肾镜三代超声治疗肾结石的方法与疗效。方法将320例肾结石患者随机分为两组，分别采用F20（120例）和F24（200例）两种经皮通道治疗。结果F20组肾结石清除率为95．0％，F24组结石清除率为93．0％。F20组手术时间平均（51．8±22．6）min，术中估计出血量平均（75．0±8．92）mL，术后出血7例，较F24组明显减少。结论改良F20通道较F24通道具有创伤小、手术时间短、术中及术后出血少等优点，值得推广使用。

The efficacy F20 or F24 percutaneous renal tract for percutaneous nephrolithotomy

Objective To investigate the clinical technique and efficacy of F20 or F24 percutaneous renal tract to deal with renal calculus. Methods 320 cases of renal calculus were randomly divided into 2 groups. One group （120 cases）received invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy using F20 percutaneous renal tract,and the other （200 cases）using F24. Results The stone clearance rate was 95.0% and 93.0% respectively for the F20 group and F24 group. In the F20 group , the average operation time was （51.8 ± 22.6） min, estimated blood loss （75.0 ± 8.92） mL, with 7 cases of hemorrhage, which was significantly fewer than in the F24 group. Conclusion Compared with F24,F20 channel has the advantage of less trauma, shorter operative time, and less bleeding. It is worth promoting.
