| 摘 要： | 目的观察米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防产后出血的疗效。方法将120例产后出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在胎儿娩出后予米索前列醇直肠给药，并肌肉注射缩宫素；对照组仅肌肉注射缩宫素。观察并对比两组产后2h出血量和第三产程时间等变化。结果治疗组产后2h出血量和第三产程时间较对照组显著减少（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论米索前列醇联合缩宫素能够有效加强宫缩，预防产后出血。
