手术戒毒患者术后生命质量与社会支持调查分析(英文)

目的:探讨阿片类药物依赖患者在接受立体定向治疗手术一年后,其生命质量和社会支持情况。方法:设立手术组、非手术组、健康对照组,填写相关量表调查3组人群的生命质量与社会支持情况,采用方差分析及多重比较法分析,比较手术组和非手术组通过不同的戒毒治疗方法,一年后的生命质量和社会支持情况,比较术后一年手术组中的复吸与非复吸者的生命质量与社会支持情况,并分别与健康对照组相比较。结果:手术组患者术后一年的生命质量优于非手术组,但仍不及健康对照组,术后一年复吸者的生命质量低于未复吸者;手术组患者术后一年的社会支持优于非手术组,但仍不及健康对照组,术后一年复吸者得到的社会支持比未复吸者少。结论:相比传统的戒毒方法,手术戒毒更有利于提高患者的生命质量及获得更多的社会支持,也有助于降低复吸率。手术戒毒患者术后一年的生命质量及社会支持与健康人群相比仍有一定差距,需通过进一步的综合治疗尽快回归正常生活。

AN ANALYSIS OF QUALITY OF LIFE AND SOCIAL SUPPORT AMONG THE OPIATE USERS AFTER ABSTINENCE BY STEREOTACTIC NEUROSURGERY

Objective:To probe into the quality of life and social support of the opiate users after abstinence by stereotactic neurosurgery. Methods:Questionnaires have been handed out to the surgical group, non-surgical group and healthy person group. We used statistical methods of ANOVA and LSD to compare the quality of life(QOL) and social support among these 3 groups. The relapsed and un-relapsed patients in surgical group were also taken into consideration. Results:In post-operation more than one year, the QOL of patients in surgical group was better than the non-surgical patients, but still worse compared with the healthy person group. Likewise, the patients in surgical group experienced more social support than the non-surgical group, which would be helpful for drug abstinence. Conclusion:Stereotactic neurosurgery and a series of auxiliary therapies in post-operation would benefit opiate users to improve their QOL and receive more social support. Meanwhile, the surgery turned out to be effective to lower relapse rate. However, a series of comprehensive treatments should be followed if opiate users want to rehabilitate to the standard level.
