| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刺对椎动脉型颈椎病的治疗效果。方法 72例患者随机分为针刺组42例，对照组30例，观察临床治疗效果及TCD检测椎基底动脉血供改善情况。结果 针刺组临床治疗效果及平均血流速度（Vm）改善均优于对照组（P＜0.01)。结论 针刺是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的良好方法。

| Abstract: | Purpose To observe the curative effect of triple puncture on vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy. Methods Seventy two patients were randomly divided into an acupuncture treatment of 42 cases and a control group of 30 cases. The clinical effects were observed and the blood supply from vertebrobasilar arteries was examined by TCD. Results The clinical effect and a change in Vm(mean blood velocity) were better in the acupuncture group than in the control group. Conclusion Acupuncture is a good treatment for vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy. |
