| 摘 要： | 本文对《食品卫生检验方法理化部分》进行评述。主要阐述了分析结果的表述应正确理解和准确应用有效数字，严格使用法定计量单位；着重阐明了计算结果只能表示到整数或小数点后的位数。另外还对分析方法提出了增补等。

| Abstract: | This paper makes comment on physico-chemical portion of food hygiene examination.It is believed that the results should be correctly expressed by using valid numerals and legal prickles.Meanwhile, the results should only by expressed in integral number or the number following the decimal point.The authors also make suggestion for amendment of the standard. |
