含消炎痛VCu200对月经失血量和血红蛋白影响的比较研究

本文用随机方法对185名健康妇女放置含消炎痛VCu 200(含药组)和不含消炎痛的VCu 200(不含药组)作为受试者,在放器前、后进行月经血量(MBL)、血红蛋白浓度(Hb)的测定。结果表明,置器后半年内,不含药组平均月经血量比含药组明显增多(P<0.01);血红蛋白值比含药组明显下降(P<0.01);半年后两组MBL、Hb值均无明显差别(P>0.05)。含药组放器前及后1,2,3,6,9,12周期的自身MBL、Hb值与不含药组自身对照相比,后者MBL明显增加,第一周期最为明显,增加达73%,直至第9周期基本恢复到放器前水平(P>0.05)。不含药组Hb值放器后明显下降,尤以第1、2周期最为明显,均下降9.0%含药组放器后MBL值略增加,Hb值略下降,但各周期与放环前相比差别无显著性(P>0.05)。不含药组放器后月经过多(MBL>80ml)、Hb<12g的发生率较高,以放器后半年内最为显著。含药组月经过多、Hb<12g的发生率均和放器前相仿,差别无显著性。

A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF MENSTRUAL BLOOD LOSS AND HAEMOGLOBIN CHANGES IN WOMEN WEARING VCu 200 IUD CONTAINING OR NOT CONTAINING INDOMETHACIN

Menstrual Blood Loss (MBL) and Heamoglobin (Hb) were measured at pre- and 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, 6 th, 9 th, and 12 th post-insertion cycle in 185 women wearing the medicated IUDs (93 cases) and non-medicated IUDs (92 cases). The results demonstrated that the mean MBL of nonmedicated IUDs group was higher than that of the medicated IUDs group within the first 6 months of insertion (p<0.01). In the non-medicated IUDs group MBL of the first cycle after insertion had increased by 73% over the pre-inserion cycle and in the medicated IUDs group had increased by 10%. At the same time, MBL of the nonmedicated IUDs group in 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, 6 th, and 9 th post-insertion cycle significantly increased as compared with ehe pre-insertion cycle. The Hb of tht non-medicated IUDs group was sig- nificantly lower than that of the medicated IUDs group (p<0.01). The Hb of non-medicated IUDs group in the 1 st and 2 nd post-insertion cycle had decreased by 9.0% as Compared with the preinsertion cycle. In the medicated IUDs group there was no statistically difference of Hb before and after insertion (P>0.05). The incidence of menorrbea (MBL>80ml) or anemia (Hb<12g) was high in the non-medicated IUDs group and low in medicated IUDs group.
